Return Policy

Alhambra does not issue any refunds. Store credit and exchanges must be redeemed within 2 weeks of purchase with a valid receipt and/or packing slip and original tags attached. Store credits are issued through your account. We keep records of store credit in our system, and they do not expire. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition. Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. No exceptions will be granted.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of placing your order if you intend to return any items. A staff member must be notified of the return and an RA number issued in order for the return to be processed. Any return without an RA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. If exchanging an item, customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping at the time of exchange. Items returned without notice and/or after the 2 week time frame will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within two business days of receipt. As soon as the return has successfully been processed, we will e-mail a confirmation of return and issue a store credit to your online account on Since we cannot place holds on items for exchange, it is the customer's responsibility to place an exchange order once the store credit has been applied to their online account.

Once your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot make price adjustments or accept order cancellations.


Special Order Policy

Please contact us to inquire about special order availability. We require a 50% deposit upon placing the special order, with the balance paid at time of delivery. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with the order, as well. Special order items are all final sale.


Layaway Policy

Please contact us to inquire about Layaway. For all Layaway purchases, we require a 50% deposit. and the balance must be paid within 30 days of the initial purchase date. If balance remains unpaid after 30 days, the items are returned to the sales floor and any deposits made are forfeited. All layaway purchases (including unpaid balances after 30 days) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
