Vlas Blomme, Flemish for "flax flower," is a Japanese designed collection of rich, natural, organic pieces made of Kortrijk Linen from Belgium. Each fiber that goes into creating a Vlas Blomme piece is carefully selected on the flax farm of Jos Vanneste in Belgium, to ensure that only the highest quality linen yarns are produced from the flax. Inspired by a love of gardening and antiques, designer Yoriko Sakurama mixes modern silhouettes with classic design, and of course the beauty of natural linen.
